Report an advert

If an advert in Dashkitty was inappropriate, misleading or broken, please tell us. Two ways:

• Tap the information marker on the advert itself, which is Google’s own reporting route and reaches them directly.
• Or email the address above. Say roughly when you saw it and what it was for, and we will pass it on to Google.

Advertising in Dashkitty is supplied by Google. We do not choose the individual adverts, but we do control the settings they are served under, and a report is how a bad one gets stopped.

Common questions

My progress disappeared.

The high score and treat bank are saved on the device only, so deleting the app or moving to a new phone does not carry them over. There is no account to restore from, deliberately: nothing about you leaves your phone.

The game has no sound.

Check the ring/silent switch on the side of the phone first, then Settings inside the game, which has separate music and effects sliders. OFF on a slider really is off.

The CONTINUE button did not appear when I lost.

It only appears when a rewarded advert has finished loading. If one is not ready, the button is not shown at all, rather than shown and then failing. A moment on a better connection usually brings it back.

What is the garage for?

Cosmetics for the cat, the dog and the board. It is closed for this release and marked COMING SOON. Nothing in it can be bought, and Dashkitty contains no in-app purchases.

How do I do a kickflip?

Tap the screen while you are in the air. You can also swipe sideways with a second finger while the first one steers.
